Josh R. Marion

Josh R. Marion has over 15 years of legal experience in the international oil and gas industry. Mr. Marion joined Kosmos in July 2012 and has served as the Company’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel since July 2024. Prior to that, he served as the Company’s Vice President and Deputy General Counsel from March 2021 to July 2024, as Associate General Counsel from May 2014 to March 2021, and as Senior Counsel from July 2012 to May 2014. From September 2008 to July 2012, Mr. Marion worked as an associate at large international law firms. Mr. Marion holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting and a Masters of Science (M.S.) in Finance from Texas A&M University, and earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the SMU Dedman School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
